yesterday was just not good....then I had a migraine....blah...around TOM my headaches are bad (though I have been getting them only at TOM, guess I need to get back to my Chinese medicine dr!)......today was BETTER but not the best.
We run a crisis pregancy center and our new momma has a birthday today. We always try to have cake, well everyone decides to give me this HUGE piece....-.- and I ate it......

as of right now (still have going out to dinner with the family) 445 calories....I might try strength exercises tonight, but my head is still hurting. I really really need to start walking at least!!!

Though Wedn. I did weight myself and I have lot around 6lbs...so far WOOHOO!!!! hopefully I can loose a total of 10 by my birthday in 3 weeks.....that will put me about 2lbs away from my pre pregnant weight with my 4th baby (she is 3yrs old....haven't seen that weight for awhile!!)

Yesterday was a very "carby" -- but satisfying and not over-the-top -- day.

Breakfast: Two pancakes with apple sauce and maple syrup (OK, corn syrup): 500
Lunch: Two 7-inch whole-wheat tortillas with tomatoes, onions and mozarella: 500
Supper: Cheese ravioli with tomato sauce and parmesan, salad with home-made dressing: 550
Snacks: Handful of sweet potato tortilla chips, 3 coffees with milk, glass of wine: 350

Total: 1,900
Exercise: Spin class in the early morning

I was so HUNGRY today, it was ridiculous!! I almost ate every calorie before 7 am!!

Water: 72 oz

I am hurting in every muscle.
One last night to lift this week, then work.
Sunday can not get here QUICKLY enough!!

DONUT - 260...shoot! so darn good...wish I didnt love sugar and chocolate so much :(
L: pasta - 280
D: 1 egg (70), 1 potato (russet) (200). 1 bagel with spread (250)

total: 1400. done for the day. Not enough fruit and veg, too much carbohydrate. Hmmph. Still need to tweak!

Last night did ok..... 100 under my daily goal.... But still.... Ok.... I weighed in today at is was way up their all of a sudden.... And I weighed in 3 times to make sure..... Would it be my TOM is just any day now.... So water retention? Though I will say my clothes are fitting better.... Didn't do any measurements other than weight..... Heres to a good day!

Thank you for the Will Power Dust, K9owner! I'm going to save it up and use it starting Sunday. I'm adding one more day of un-accountability, because my daughter surprised me by flying home for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. I will have breakfast with her before she goes back. My son is going back tomorrow too. Then I will be back to normal, and I hope I can walk the straight and narrow for a few weeks. My weight has started an upward trend. Not terribly. I'm still within the right range, and my jeans fit. But I just don't want to regain the 30 lbs, so I must turn it around.

I had to remind myself that I'm still under goal (WAY under my original goal when I set out to lose weight), and I can't be too hard on myself (unless I go back over the goal). I'm still well within the ballpark. No cause for alarm at this point.

Today I did well, eating frugally all day because I knew I would be going out. I ate around 600 calories before 6pm, and then had a typical restaurant meal with a beer and a shared dessert. No idea how many calories, and I've decided not to care, nor will I care tomorrow morning.

But starting Sunday, I will care.

Hey all, did ya miss me? Couldn't log in for two days, they finally fixed the prob. Weird.

Been OP, except for Thurs, came in at 2,000 for the day. :(; yesterday came in at 1400. Will weigh in later to see what this week was like. Needing all the willpower dust out there! Thx for that, K9.

Just got weighed . . . down 2 lbs. Woot! Maybe that 2,000 cal on Thurs helped bump me down?

Alright, I'm back on plan. My goal for the next 8 days is to do 10,000 steps per day (about 5 miles) and to log everything I eat. I'm going to eat according to the guidelines I used to lose the weight, because I want to get back into losing mode for awhile. (It was the basic Nutrisystem program before they changed it recently). I have a lot of the food on hand.

Challenges include my birthday this week (although the family celebrated it last week). And I have to eat out today, but I will try to steer us towards Applebees, and have a 550 calorie selection. There will be the usual stress, maybe even a bit more, with midterms, but for some reason I feel up to it this week and I didn't last week.

This graph motivates me. It shows my weight history over the last 3 years, and it shows that no matter how discouraged I feel, I'm really in a better place than I was, and I don't want to go back!

Hey guys! Well...my eating has been a trainwreck this weekend!! Let's just say I had Olive Garden one night, Chick Fil A the next night, and a local Italian place tonight. WHOA! I surprisingly saw a new low on the scale this morning (187.6) and I'd really like for that number to keep going down, so I've got to get this eating thing back under control. No more eating out for me this week!
