I did... OK. I did work out every day besides Christmas day, and I worried I'd slack on that. Christmas Eve I had saved a ton of extra calories for snacks and drinks at my cousins, but then I didn't eat nearly as much as I thought I would. Christmas day I did well at dinner, but drank tons of wine and lots of dessert.
Today, all I've had is junk-- just not too too much of it. I feel gross though; I want some veggies just to cleanse my stomach, but I can't spare any more calories! |
I was only 100 over on Sat and 200 over on Sun. I am very happy with that. I had pumpkin pie for dessert both nights and skipped the crust. Funny thing is, I never have really liked crust, but I always ate it because 1. It was there and 2. It's "weird" to not eat the crust but eat the filling. :) I am lucky that my family is very supportive and doesn't give me a hard time at all anymore.

I felt so good yesterday and 2 days ago just letting go and enjoying. I'm sure I made some bad choices but I don't think they're as bad as they used to be. Isn't that a small victory? Just get back on the horse and try again. We've all gotten to where we are by giving up so let's just accept it and move on :-). We're doing a great job :-)
