snacks are my favorite part! lol
My favorite snack is a wedge of lauging cow cheese and crackers. - granola bars - dole fruit gels - fruit - veggies - a smoothie - fruit/veggie - some nuts - some bri cheese and crackers or cucumber wedges - celery with peanut butter - popcorn / plain or other - baked special K chips - you get 27pcs for 110cals! good luck!:hug: |
I always forget about rice cakes!! LOL
I hear the frozen banana thing a lot around here, but have yet to try it! I need to do that soon, but we always eat ours :D |
My faves are
- Fiber one choc peanut butter bars (90 cals) - Beef jerky (70 cals and full of protein!) - Fruit, esp grapes or clementines - 100 calorie popcorn packs - Baked Cheetos (when I need some 'junk food') |
