
So I just recalculated my caloric intake & got this:
Maintenance: 1855 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 1484 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 1320 Calories/day
1484 is NOT that far from 1500

Should I try 1320 calories per day? Honestly, I'm not sure I can do 1320 per day. I'm thinking around 1300-1400 for maintenance once I reach my 140 lb goal weight.
UGH.



Anywho, maybe try lowing a little bit to see if that changes anything or drinking more water.
