Cheese on pizza
Does anybody know the calorie and carb count when you just eat the cheese off a slice of pizza? I found "cheese only" in some calorie counters, but think it may refer to a pizza with only cheese on it, not to eating only the cheese and not the bread...

You should be able to tell if the "cheese only" data you found is cheese or cheese pizza by the carb count. Cheese should have close to zero carbs whereas pizza has a lot. Also, if you're really being meticulous, can you really just eat the cheese off of pizza? Won't you always get some sauce?

You can look up the restaurant's nutritional info and see if they list the number of ounces of cheese they use for each size pizza, and divide by the number of slices for that size. Rough but will give you an idea

Cheese only most likely is for a slice of cheese pizza. Go to Domino's website - they used to have a nutrition chart that broke the calories down by individual topping, including cheese. I would probably also account for some sauce.
