Lavash Bread
I thought I would spread the word about Joseph's Lavash Bread. It's like a thick tortilla. A whole lavash is about 12in by 8in. It tastes good, its low calorie, low carb, high fiber and high protein. I use it in recipes that call for tortillas, I use it instead of bread a lot, they are awesome for burritos (especially if you use a whole lavash - super easy to wrap things up.) I know that you can get them at BJ's Wholesale and occassionally Food Lion carries them. They also have a website that you can order from. They stay fresh for a long time also.

Thanks, I will need to look into those! I remember having lavash crackers when I was a kid.
