I am usually religious about reading labels, but Special K had been one area where I had a blind spot. Well this morning I realized it is just TOO sweet for me now & I finally really read the label.
I am switching to a flax cereal with the same amount of calories. It still has some cane juice in it for sweetener but otherwise it's just much better with simple ingredients. I can put fruit or cinnamon on it and I think I can get used to it, at least it isn't sickeningly sweet.
I was going to get a puffed grain cereal that has NO sugar in it at all, but some of the puffs look like maggots. Don't think I can get past that.
