I'm back!!....(again)
 

Hello ladies,

I have been gone a while. The thing at the top of the screen says my last log in was January 24. Not good. Now that the weather is warmer and I can no longer hide under all my nice sweatpants, I realized that I have gained weight in the time since I have been gone. This was a very stressful semester of school for me, thus the weight gain. But I am so tired of being uncomfortable that I am re-committing myself to this lifestyle change. I'm so glad to be back and have missed all of you wonderful ladies. You are such a great support system!! I'm going to say that by my birthday (june 1) I would like to be down at least 15 pounds, and be back where I was before I left the board. I hope you're all doing well on your journies! :)

Good luck gracesmomma! I'm in a similar situation having gained back 30lbs in the last three months after a really stressful time at university. I'm sure we can get back to where we want to be!
