Major problem.....

Ok, so I am calorie counting. My daily calories are 1400, I use DP to keep track.

Well today I worked out A LOT. According to DP 1537 calories worth.

So what do I do??? Eat a bunch before bed to make up the huge difference?? I have eaten 1388 so far.

Please help :)

What was your activity? You are not including daily chores or everyday things are you?

ready4skinny 05-03-2011 10:07 PM

nope, mowing the lawn and pilates for 2 hours....
not everyday things ....

Call it a happy deficit and move on :) Don't force yourself to eat if you aren't hungry.

Yeah, I never eat back activity calories. How counter productive. If you're not hungry, then you've basically had a golden day. Good for you. =)

SWEET!! I hope it shows on the scale this week...

To me, excercise is just "gravy"...icing on the cake. :D I never ate back excercise calories during my weight loss. The only reason I moved was to BURN fat...lol

Now that I'm in maintaince I can eat more when I move more, but I'm not trying to create a deficit any more.

Hang in there, you're doing great.

Pause and listen to your body. Is it hungry? If so, for what? If not, don't eat.
