good afternoon chicks
i am not new to chicks but i am new to this thread...ive tried everything from ww to south beach and a few years ago i lost 65 lbs and have put it all bakc on and the problem is i cant stick to a "diet" as such forever so i want to try the cc...im up to walking 5miles a day and hopefully with simple cc i can take it back off again..is there any real trick or is it really as simple as cals in and cals out..it seems way to simple??!!!hope to make lots of new friends here all have a great afternoon |
