I psoted this article in carb counters because of the fasting insulin twist. However, I think this article also belongs in the calorie counters sub forum. I am a calorie and carb counter. I must limit my calories to lose or maintain but where those calories matter a great deal. I have a cross over diet and I read from both points of view.
