Congrats fit4lyfe!!

I saw no loss today. In fact, I gained 4oz. I haven't exercised like I need to because I am so tired lately. I did get in a 1 mile walk yesterday.

Good afternoon, ladies ;; Im soo glad the warm weather has stuck this time;; we had a few TRICKS over the last couple months, thinking springtime was finally here .. it's rainy here in KY, but I love the rain; its so refreshing & cool .. :) so I dont mind being here at work today. I got a good amount of sleep over the weekend & a bit of exercise as well, so Im feeling rejuvenated. >> also the Loss has gotten me on cloud 9 because I had a 2 week standstill .. Im so happy! .. plus I've also another 2 & 1/2 inches from my body as well ... :dance: ..

I love starting a new week because it just means doing better & it gives you a fresh start .. I know my period is coming either by the end of this week, or by next week & Im not looking forward to it AT ALL!!! but Im just gonna stick with my plans, exercise when I can & try to get a decent amount of sleep so that I dont feel as yucky this time .. I might not even weigh during my period, or the week after .. I dunno, we'll see ..

manders01 ; way to bounce back !! I love your goals & how thorough you're being with yourself. I might end up making a fridge sign too !! anything that helps, right? :)

Fit4Lyfe ; :congrats: .. you made your easter goal!! Good luck on your new goal which Im SURE you will meet!!!

jdonato ; its definitely from your TOM, 2lbs from water retention realy doesnt count .. & im sure by the end of your period you would have bounced back :) :hug:

Good day ladies.
I'm having a great day. I got up this morning walked a mile on the treadmill and did my kettle bell workout. I been eating good healthy vittles and took a 1.5 mile walk around campus for lunch. Of course all that working out has made me extra hungry but I have been sticking with lots of protein. Feeling good!!!

Let's make this week a good for your body week.

I ended last night kind of poorly, the boyfriend was soooo excited to cook dinner for me. I got to his place to find the patio set up with tiki torches and the grill was going, and he had my favorite light beer in a cooler full of ice. He drug me over to the fridge and showed me the "super healthy" turkey brats that he bought just for me. I looked at them and, instead of pointing out that they had just as many calories as regular brats, a RIDICULOUS amount of sodium, AND that they were filled with pepperjack cheese... I just kissed him hard and told him he was so damn wonderful. What else? ;)

So I was up again this morning from heavy night-time calories and sodium, but I wouldn't trade it for anything, because our little grill-out/date-night-in was worth it. :yes:

I'm feeling GREAT about this week, SO looking forward to seeing a big loss next Monday. I've been feeling awesome today after my healthy oatmeal breakfast and my big, fresh salad for lunch. :carrot:

PS - P H A T - LOVING your outlook on life, congrats on the awesome loss! :D

Oh boy, am I in deep doo-doo! :D I had to run to the store to pick up some salad fixin's for lunch and a couple more items I had run out of over the past week. Skinny Cow bars was one of those things. However, I did not anticipate looking into the freezer and seeing new Cookies and Cream Truffle Bars!!! :fr: CnC is my favorite type of ice cream. :drool: While I know that I can have enough self-restraint not to eat more than one bar in a day, I don't know that I have enough to not eat a bar if I'm not hungry. I know I wouldn't eat one if I didn't have the calories but I am going to make my best effort to not indulge if my tummy isn't rumbling. :dust:

Thank you PHAT! :hug: Totally agree, anything that will help! If the next step for me is bungee cords and padlocks, so be it! :D

That sounds just perfect and so thoughtful. I must say, I'm super jealous.

Hi everyone.

So I have been hiding because I have been off plan for the last few days. No good reason, I just felt like it. Not good enough. I am back on plan now, did well yesterday, and am doing pretty well so far today too.

Congrats to everyone on their losses, and keep up the good work everyone. Today was supposed to be my weigh in day, but I was already eating breakfast when I remembered, so I will have to do it tomorrow morning instead.

JD: I would seriously guess your weight gain is just water from TOM/exercise (especially if you haven't exercised in a while.) I know it's frustrating, but try not to sweat it!

Fit: congrats!!! Feels so good to bust into a new "decade", doesen't it?

Dorian: awww...what a sweetheart :)

Manders: I discovered the cookies and cream skinny cow bars a few weeks ago. They have 10 more calories than the other bars, but OMG... FORGETABOUTIT...those things are the best!

Everyone I missed: it's a new week! For those of us who have struggled lately (myself included), let's get back on track and DO THIS!!

Well I finally had a weigh in under 150 on an official weigh in day! Today I weighed in at 149.6!! It was after a workout and a good sweat, but I've been looking at the same number for weeks now, so I'm counting it! I need the mental boost of changing my silly ticker :yes: Sooo, 2lb more to go in the next two weeks to make my Easter goal! I have been working really had the past few weeks, so I'm hoping a woosh has been saving itself up for next Monday :crossed:! Bonus - Now that I'm officially in the 140's, I get to wear my new perfume tomorrow, yayyy! :D

I was a little disappointed with the extra 10 calories but I'm guessing they'll be worth it! :D

manders- Deep doo doo, I love it! So funny! I would love to switch to P.B 2, hubby is so picky i don't know if he'd switch. I still want to try it though!

Busy day, grabbed more fruit to eat for lunch than i should have, I went 300 over my limit, 1725 total. I just can't get out of this bad habit of going over my calories, yesterday was perfect, what happened today? Stress happened!!

Rode the bike for 20min, then had to get ready to leave for an appt. Ate clean today and no P.B for 2 days! Gained weight from that P.B two days ago, a total of 3lbs. Hopefully I will see a loss tomorrow.

So glad that so many are off to a great week.

I weighed today and I am still the same :( I know that it could be worse and a gain,but still am grouchy...

I hope I am not at a stalling point, but maybe I need to plan on what to do next which Northern, Manders, and Jiggle are always so good at. My hat is off to you ladies!

Well I was supposed to weigh in yesterday, but forgot until I had already had most of my breakfast so I weighed in this morning. 1.5lb loss, which I can't complain about, especially after 3 days of eating whatever I wanted! I will do better this upcoming week!

Hope everyone's doing well this morning.

manders01 and northernexposure - I have the chocolate truffle bars, but now it looks like I'm gonna have to pick up these cookies and cream ones. :drool:

missjessica CONGRATS! You slide that ticker down, you earned it! I used perfume as a motivator too when I was got down to 138lbs! It was Playboy perfume, because maybe if I smell like a playmate it will trick people into thinking I look like one... or something. :lol:

fruitlady I commend you for eating fruit because of stress! I eat fried chicken and pizza hut because of stress! I think you're doing wonderfully, and congrats on refraining from the PB!

k15g15 Maybe you're in for a drop soon? Don't get discouraged! It will pay off! Maybe upping the calories for a bit and then dropping back down would help?

ohmydogs CONGRATS! 1.5lbs is awesome! Keep it up! :D

After 2 weeks of eating great one day and awful the next and seeing barely any loss, I got my a$$ in gear this week! I weighed in at 131.4 this morning!! YES! Finally! This is exactly what I needed! Sooo close to being 130!

I don't know what's going to happen when I hit 129lbs, I might just cry.
