WOW you guys really pulled through for me! There is a bunch of stuff here that I didn't even think about (really "duh" stuff, too, like make extra at dinner and take it with you to work...). I will keep an eye on this thread though for even more great stuff. Thanks to everyone!
Genesis: you have me wanting to get a dehydrator! Questions about the onion flat bread. You said make it a wrap, but it looks like it is crispy - how do you let it be flexible? Also, for that recipe, how many and what size are the tortillas it makes (I want to calculate calories per). And also also, I tried to go to your blog several times but it looks like it is a dead link?
