I am two days late! Wowzers, but I am here and kicking. Same, 148lbs. I got to move it to lose it and I am not...=( There is always a next time (week)!
This will be my first challenge.
So glad to be here! Much success to everyone participating.
--what is the "gold square?"
I didn't see an answer to this question....
If you look at the spreadsheet, the column where your total weight lost is blue. When you reach the goal # which I believe is 12 lbs, it turns gold, indicating that you've reached goal! Okay, so it's really kind of an orange color, but it looks good to me!
No change at all, WAAAHHHH. I was really hoping oh well maybe next week I'll lose extra. I have been having a flare up of my diverticliosis, and even though I am sticking to my calorie counting, I can't have any whole grains, or fiber until my flare is over.
lifeasme-eh not so much, but I did drop one pound!!
I have to admit I'm not really working that hard....
I AM working hard, and I would gladly take that one pound loss. I am officially frustrated. 1250 calories daily average, ran for 25 minutes +10 minutes walking three days, walked for 30 minutes three days, and I got nada.

One pound down, I reached an overall total loss of 10lbs! Finally at the 10lbs mark, lol it took a while.
I have been slacking too. My weigh in for my blog is wednesday and so far I am staying the same...I need to get back to counting every day, a lot of things are sneaking in and pretty soon I'm going to be paying the price!
Oh man, I had to post a gain. Not so happy about that. My weight is up and down a lot over the past couple of weeks. I just hope I can post a loss next week (and also not post a day late haha).
-8.5 pounds!! --honestly, I think I owe it all to having bronchitis. BUT, I can say that it feels GREAT to see the scale number fall so much! Actually, motivates me to work hard (once I can breathe properly! LOL) to get more pounds off by exercise and a healthy diet.
I have been drinking much more liquids that I normally would though. Maybe, that's what's helping me a lot as well. Water, water, water~
Back down to my 160 so I can officially put my sig back on. It's gonnna be real slow going for me this month, a real shame cos it was going to be the final track into my BMI goal, but you can't expect too much of a body that has been so badly messed about. Back on track a bit, maybe some good news next week.
I was doing awesome late last week, down to 133.8, but then I was traveling to see family for the past four days and am back up a lb - and it's most likely not water weight, but a real gain from enormous amounts of cheese. I figure that I'm only in "america's dairyland" once or twice a year, so it won't kill me and I'm still down from last week, so at least I'm headed in the right direction
I meant to post here this past weekend and forgot. I gained but it was probably because of TOM and not counting my calories as closely as I should be. I'm happy that I only gained 1/2 a pound. This week started out bad diet wise but I think I'm finally back on track. I'm hoping to lose a pound and a half this week.
