I'm at 156.6. That's down 3.2 from one week ago. It's a relief to be moving down more steady again. I'm glad I resisted that treat last night. Today I plan to empty my pantry of all the stuff I bought "just in case we get company" over the holidays. When I got to thinking about it, there wasn't a family member who needs sweets like that. So what's loving about being prepared to create additional health threats? It was nothing but rationalizing, setting myself up for a poor excuse to cheat. My family would be better loved with healthy choices, just as I would. The junk goes out -- today.
