I weighed in but I'm not sure if the chart thing changed my pounds lost number...
Just been in updating the formula to make sure it updates. This challenge is 2 weeks longer than the xmas one and I forgot to extend the formula when I added the two additional columns, but it should be showing now.
Well, I am down another 3.5 pounds not sure how but I am, and I'm not complaining. I have a few 1 pound weeks, and a couple no weight lost, so I guess it is starting to even out.
RoseRodent-Hope everything is well with your parents and your daughter. Glad to see you came out of the hospital just fine.
Weight-will say I stayed the same at 149lbs. I get this problem, I don't go for a while and my scale will stay the same until BAM I drop more than usual in week. *Sigh* we all know our bodies and how frustrating they can make us.
My plan for this week is to get stricter. I want to be down to 145lbs by 2/25/11!! I also wanna at least make 147lbs for next Monday!
Posted a gain this week. I definately wont make 12 lbs by Valentines day but maybe I can at least get to 6 lbs. I have had the hardest time getting the scale to move in the right direction! Maybe the next challenge will be better for me.
No loss this week. I started more strength training and that always bounces my weight up due to fluid retention. I am eating on plan and exercising 4-5 times per week. All in all, I'm happy with my progress.
Well, I just put in my final weight. Another 1# loss, but I am still short 1.5# for this challenge, but all in all I am very happy with what I lost. And, the other great thing is that I am now down into to 170's. I was finally able to say ba-bye to the 180's.
Posted my final weigh-in for this challenge. Down to 148lbs, down 9lbs.Just like Slim n Up said: it's just good to be out of the 150s (for me!). Ready for the next challenge!
I am happy with my progress just because I wasn't strict on my diet, but I was still able to lose 9lbs. I need to crank it up, it'll be harder to lose as I weigh less and less.
