I am craving this like CRAZY.....
............grilled peanut butter and banana sandwich. Yummo!
And I think I found a perfect recipe for a low calorie, yet still healthy, PB and banana sandwich. 2 slices of Sara Lee delightful wheat bread (80) 1 small banana (60) 2 TBSP Smart Balance natural PB (200) 5 sprays of Smart balance Buttery spray (0) =340 :carrot: I have everything but the PB. I do have Nutella, so i might try that instead. |
Wow, that sounds delicious! Sarah Lee bread has only 40 calories per slice? Can you buy that stuff in regular stores?

The Nutella actually sounds yummier to me, but that stuff is like crack for me. I could be locked in a padded room somewhere and if I have Nutella and a spoon, I'm in my own little paradise. ;) Sick, I know.

Safeway has a wheat bread that's only 50 calories per slice...and this sounds awesome!
