Man I forgot how good I feel about myself when I am on plan and have done my workout for the day!
I am currently still about 300 calories under my allotment so I plan to have a snack in a few minutes (prob and apple) but I just wanted to share!!!
Today is the first day of being back on the wagon for me! So this is to hoping I lose mega weight over the next few months
