At our local place I get something like chicken tacos, and replace the rice and beans with a side salad (no cheese).
The tacos come with 2 small flour tortillas each, so I eat only one. I love Mexican but have also been shocked with the calorie counts when eating out. I've learned to make some of the food at home. Now I love our fajitas (without all the fat) much better than the greasy ones at the restaurants! |
