Well I'm back. I did good for a while then old habits reasserted themselves. My low weight was 172. My High weight was 215. My current weight is 190. Time to do this again. hello old friends.
Good for you for getting back to it. Have you looked back to see when you stepped off the wagon? Did it by chance coincide with your not checking in regularly here? I'm finding that this accountability is key to my weight loss. You can make it all the way to your goal if you're ready to commit. I am talking to myself as well as to you, lol--I got within 5-10 pounds and have kind of stalled out, and I need a new commitment to get the rest of the way there.
I stepped off the wagon with summer. 3 kids home. trips, life in general. But I'm back and the scale will start moving in the right direction. Who knows maybe I'll get a new low weight by the end of it all
