However, I have been trying to cut back on sugar because I noticed EVERYTHING I eat is full of it. I am addicted to sugar! My roommate has Hodgson Mill multi-grain hot cereal so I tried it this morning. It is not flavored at all so I added a few cut up strawberries. 160 calories, 1g sugar, 6g fiber. I must say that it is going to take some getting used to, but it tastes good.

I think oatmeal will be one of my breakfast staples because it is filling.
