I have a few simple desserts that I use:
cold grapes
apples (golden delicious because I think they're sweeter)
sugar free jello pudding snacks
Luckily the hubs and I aren't really dessert people so if I don't get something sweet after dinner I don't really miss it but sometimes you've just got to have something.

I love frozen grapes. Takes a long time to eat a cup, low cal and nutritious! The Jello pudding cups are 60 calories, but I find that I wanna eat a whole bucket full because they're too good!
Greek yogurt with 1 Splenda and a lot of cinnamon. SOOOO good!
Love the Baked apples. I just top with cinnamon. You could put some sweetener on it but I find that it's fine without...I prefer the Green Granny Smith apples.

-Chocolate pudding
-1 square of Dark chocolate with a small handful of unsalted almonds
-fruit smoothie (just fresh or frozen fruit & ice blended, nothing else--pretty much need a banana to sweeten)
-hot chocolate
mmm I'm gonna try the apple thing!

melt 2 squares of the darkest chocolate I can get (usually Green & Black 85%) in the microwave for about 20 seconds and then mix in some cut up strawberries. you could probably use a banana or raspberries as well.

I don't eat any "diet" versions of things, or foods that are processed to be "low calorie", and to be honest, my philosophy on puddings or deserts is much the same! I'd sooner eat a "proper" pudding and have less of it than a diety sort of thing.
In the week, I tend to have puddings that are somewhere around the 100 calorie mark. This week I've been having stroopwafels (it's a type of Dutch biscuit which is basically two round, very thin waffles sandwiched together with caramel, you rest it on top of a cup of coffee to melt the caramel filling!). Those are around 140 calories each. Last week I had mini Ritter Sport chocolates, which are delicious and around 90 calories each. Sometimes I'll eat a couple of Jaffa Cakes with a cup of coffee.
At the weekend, I tend to eat more generous desserts that are around 250-300 calories. I absolutely love baking, so I always try to bake some sort of cake or pudding, and have that for dessert on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Recently, I've made banana and raisin muffins, rhubarb crumble, chocolate brownies, banana loaf, Devon apple cake, that sort of thing! Tomorrow I'll be baking a carrot cake for the weekend's puddings... yum.
For me, I very much consider pudding to be an integral part of my evening meal, and I thoroughly enjoy it, so I'm quite generous with the proprtion of my calories which I allow it, compared to some folks. Having said that, I never snack (not because I "ban" myself from it, I just never feel the urge since I'm generally satisfied by my meals), so it's not at all hard to allow myself a nice, non-diet pudding in the evening, without going over my calorie limit.

Also popcorn.
I almost always have one of these.

Yoplait whips, fruit, cereal, fruit snacks, small portions of real desserts (an ice cream sandwich has around 180 cals ) . Basically, anything yummy I can work in for about 200 cals(or less).

I'm not a huge dessert person, but when I want something sweet I love abuelita mexican hot chocolate mixed with vanilla almond milk. Yuuuum.
also good are the Ritter Sport Candies that another poster mentioned.
I also like Smore's Luna Bars. yummy and 180 calories.
Other than that, sometimes I will make a dessert (made carrot cake last week) and eat a little with some tea or coffee. The tea/coffee helps fill me up more from the little portion. if you don't drink those you could try it with some wine or water I suppose.

lately -
Edy's has this awesome seasonal 1/2 fat pumpkin ice cream - I put some bran buds on it for crunch and have a "cold" crunchy pumpkin pie for 130-150 cals. So good!!! The pumpkin is 100cals/serving
also I tend to do vanilla greek yogurt and strawberries or fruit (but I tend to also eat this for breakfast) - with or without the bran buds
(seeing a trend here - I love the kelogg's bran buds as they are super crunchy and full of fiber! I have felt a lot better since upping my fiber intake - and I do eat a lot of veggies)

100g Onken set yogurt (plain)
Sprinkle over
10g Linwoods mixed ground flax seeds and nuts
a scant tsp sugar
a scant tsp plain, unsweetened cocoa powder
Sometimes I put a few slices of strawberries underneath but the yogurty crunchy thing is absolutely wonderful!

I make some really yummy lower-calorie pumpkin bread. 1 slice, which is 1/16th of a loaf, is only 117 calories, by my calculations, and I smear a little low-calorie margarine on there to make it about 150. Warm and satisfying during this colder weather.
If anyone is interested in the recipe:
2 tbls softened butter or margarine (I used country crock)
1 cup packed pumpkin (not pie mix, plain pumpkin puree)
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk (I use plain light or vanilla yogurt instead!)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Bake at 350 for an hour. It's done when the knife/toothpick comes out clean.

^^this. Even though today is DAY 1, I find CC desserts a big tease and a big trigger. I want to avoid that!
