UGH. Back on the wagon.
I was at my long girls' weekend and my will power lost. I ate WAY too much. My scale says I'm up about 5 pounds. I really can't believe that I ate *that* much (close, though, yikes!) and I am sure I'm slightly dehydrated, but whatever. Today was completely on plan. I'm back in the saddle. Oy.

I can't imagine life without my girlfriends and the occasional girlfriend's overnighter. You are back on track and that is all that matters. Plus, looking at your stats you have lost 40 pounds!!!
