Calories in chicken????

Ok....so I've been looking for calories per ounce (cooked) in boneless, skinless, chicken breast. I keep getting broilers or fryers or everything but boneless, skinless.
Can anyone tell me how many calories to count for this?

Thank you,

Cin:)

It is a health fitness lifestyle site .I think related to Lance Armstrong. I just googled boneless skinless chicken breast and it was the first on the list:)

I use Livestrong to track my daily calories - its a pretty handy tool!

I use sparkpeople and it gives good calorie info too. :)

Livestrong is the home to The Daily Plate calorie counter. It's awesome, very useful. You should check it out, if you have regular and reliable computer access (it's not ideal for dialup).

I use Fitday, but they didn't have boneless, skinless breast with no oils or seasonings, like what I make, so I had to put in a custom food entry. Fitbyforty's stats are correct. :D

Last night I was having this same problem. I found five different calorie counts for boneless chicken breast. Frustrated I got out the chicken and there on the package was their calorie count. I decided that was probably better than any other choice so I entered it in Fitday and have made it a new food item. Problem solved. As long as it's Tysons chicken of course. ;)
