Great weigh in, have to share
I've been ridiculously busy and discouraged for the last couple of months. I have been trying to get below 265 for what feels like forever. I've been going between 267-269 for the last 3 weeks, but this morning it finally happened. I stepped on the scale and I went from 267.4 down to
264!!!!! :D :broc: :celebrate: I haven't weighted under 265 since 2001!!!! Edit: This is also day 3 of TOM so I know this is a REAL weight loss! I am SO PROUD OF ME!!!! |

Thanks so much, everyone!
For me this is such a great accomplishment because I'm doing it by eating real foods that I am enjoying and I've even eaten out a couple of times. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet for me. At my highest weight I was 333lbs. I'm not perfect. I crave foods and I am a binge eater, but this is working for me! |
