I believe I solved the issue of the chicken, with your help ;) It does come down to cooked weight vs raw weight. Fitday was spot on with caloriecount.com. A boneless skinless baked chicken breast has 1.6 calories per gram (after some calculations). 1.6 times 110 is 181 so they were right. I think I am going to stick with fitday and put up with entering custom foods. I feel better about their calculations now :)

You can also enter custom foods at TDP as recipes - and they have generic "calories," "fat," "fiber," "protein," etc as "ingredients" you can add - so you would just add each of those as an individula ingredient in your recipe, but no actual food ingredients, and you have your custom food entered as a recipe.

my fitness pal
this one has a great data base, even walmart, store brands |
I have been using three different apps for the last 2.5 months. That way I can compare foods, basically I find if I calculate my food on the higher side and my activity on the lower side I keep myself honest. I have lost a pant size since I started and really haven't felt deprived. Pretty much the most painless weight loss ever.
