Calorie Counting Meat (Please help!)

Hiya,

I'm pretty much new to the 'Calorie Counting' world. Admittedly I find it scary and so confusing and complex. (I know that it'll get easier given time) I'm also on a prescribed 'Carnivore' diet due too failure of the Liver.

I thought I'd give Calorie Counting a try (Another suggestion by my Doctor) It's roughly been estimated that I need to eat at least between these two Calorie ranges. 1764kcals - 1984kcals

My protein intake is roughly estimated at 179g of Protein. (716kcals) My intake on fat varies between 116g - 140g of Fat (1048kcals - 1268kcals)

What I'd like your help with is, Could I be given examples of how many grams of beef/lamb/pork/chicken/veal/fish and etc will equal around the 179g of protein needed?

Your help will be greatly appreciated too this Calorie counting Newbie.

Love,
Anonymia
