Flavored waters???
I drink regular water - bottled or from the tap. I have seen these 0 calorie, 0 everything else flavored waters at the store. I had them years ago and they were good, but they are carbonated. Mentally I can't get past the carbonation and counting them as my water intake for the day. Am I wacky or am I right that the carbonated waters aren't best? I don't want to drink them and then feel bloated. Also, I don't want fake sugar if that is what they are. Help!!!

I actually drink those. I'm hooked on black cherry Klarbrunn and lime La Croix. I am a TERRIBLE water drinker. I actually don't drink much of anything and this is one way I will get at least a little in.... I really really need to work on that...
Oh, the two brands I mentioned don't have any artificial sweeteners or sodium either.... Just two ingredients, carbonated water and natural (insert fruit) flavor.... |
They have many un-carbonated varieties as well- Crystal Light makes a bunch of different flavor packets, Snapple makes them, there is Propel fitness water...I'm pretty sure they are all artificially sweetened though. There may be some on the market that use stevia by now, but I'm not sure. They're about 10 calories per bottle of water.
I prefer my water plain and drink it much faster without anything, but occasionally I'll use one of the Snapple teas if I want to conserve the bottle of water. We have a bunch stock piled at work! |
I usually drink tons of water, but sometimes when i hit a lull i bust out my crystal light packages for a day or two and then i can go back to drinking regular ol' water!

Aquafina makes a really good grape flavored water.
