I count every single thing I eat. I usually try to add a lil more calories than what a package says just to be safe (and not sorry) lol.

I count both. Fruit especially, because the calorie count can add up! Also veggies though, to make sure I get enough servings in each day.

I count every morsel because I'm not only counting calories, but also watching my nutrient levels and fiber intake, so I know I'm not just getting thinner, but staying healthy as well.

I count everything. It's too easy to get more calories than you budgeted for not count everything.

I generally always count them, however the small quantities I put in my egg whites on weekends I don't....
