BAD DAYo

  • I went over my calories by 300. Im so upset. I worked out twice as hard but is till feel bad. Ughhh. No more food for tonight and now i know how ill feel if i ever want to cheat again
  • Don't feel bad...those three hundred calories won't make much of a difference in the long run!

    I had a bad day too and almost blew off my workout(and ordered a pizza) but snapped out of it, got my workout in and feel dazzling!
  • We all stumble, just brush yourself off and make sure you stick to plan tomorrow. You can do this!
  • Relax, Rome wasn't built in a day. Slip ups will happen and you should try to deal with them with a positive attitude. You are doing great btw!
