Some things I was guilty of:
skipping breakfast, then eating something from the vending machine around 9 a.m. having a full sugar soda with that snack eating lunch at a fast food place, fries and another full sugar soda being RAVENOUS at 3 p.m. and back to the vending machine, yet another soda something fast for dinner, always a starch and sometimes a vegetable, portion size? What is portion size? LOL Two meals and two snacks per day, to my way of thinking, was not that much food. It was the TYPE of food, and the amount, that really did me in. What an eye-opener! |
