A victory without counting
It's my birthday tomorrow and as a "gift" to myself I told myself that I would not be too anal about calorie counting for two days. Especially since I am planning on eating a few things I normally don't go near. So, for dinner tonight I plan on having a McChicken meal. I decided out of curiosity that I would add up my calories today including the McDonalds. For the entire day I am under my maintenance calories! I guess smaller portions just come naturally to me now. I really hope tomorrow goes just as well. Even though it won't because liquor will be in the equation but hey my birthday only comes once a year right!
