My oldest son who was getting chunky... has LOST 12 POUNDS! I'm SO proud of him!

He asked if he could eat on "plan" with me and has stopped taking the bus to school choosing to bike the 2 miles there and back.

I could just BUST with the pride.

Besides the 12lbs, I think the big success is that he took the initiative himself to get on plan, stay on plan, and exercise without anybody pressuring him.

He reclaimed some shirts that were too tight a few months ago that he put in the "hand me down closet" He was SO excited about it this morning :)
