I am new to calorie counting and fc and I just have a question. I love popcorn and found that it feels me up, but if I pop it in vegetable oil on the stove in a pan how do I know how many calories are in it. I have researched and am confused about the unpopped kernels verses the popped. Can someone please help me. I also was wondering if anyone puts "kernel seasonings butter flavored' on it. It says it is only 3 calories a serving but I also usually put alot. any suggestions would be great

You would want to find a calorie counter online or book that gives you the number of cals per ounce or per gram and specifies popped or unpopped. Then you would weigh what you eat. Same thing with the veggie oil, you need to measure what you use per the nutrional info on the bottle. Also same thing with the seasoning, look at the bottle and measure it.
