todays a new day for me
 

I'm off today so I'm going to spend it getting my things in order...cleaning,washing & going thru my clothes,clean out some clutter & get my meals & snacks in order(write down & figure as much as I can for each day).I really appreciate all the help I get here,I get no support at home.Thanks:)

OK. Brand New Day for me to. I just edited my profile and had to up my weight. Which really made me happy. :( The biggest thing is that we are making it a brand new day to start over. Its just a good day to regroup. I wish you all luck today and for a better tommorow.
