Restaurant cals
 

I'm trying to plan ahead for a bday party tonight at a Sushi restraunt. I don't eat fish/meat so I'm planning on getting Teriyaki Tofu. How on earth do I figure out how many cals are in that?

I guess what Iwould do is find out the calories in teriyaki chicken and subtract the difference in calories between chickenand tofu? haha. I hate eating out because you never can be sure. I usually try to overestimate calories to be safe.
