Easter desserts?
 

I called my grandma and asked her if we could add a salad to the menu because I'm trying to watch what I eat. I also offered to make a dessert, knowing that anything she makes will probably be over my daily calorie allowance! LOL

Now I need to come up with a delicious but low-calorie dessert. I don't really want to do something with fresh fruit, because there will be 10 of us for dinner and fruit is still expensive in NY because it is out of season. Any suggestions?

Mix angel food cake mix with can of crushed pineapple and bake as directed on box. At 12 servings it equals 3 points/each or approx. 150 calories and is very tasty. You can also add a small scoop of coolwhip and add proper calories. This is so easy!

This Iced tiramisu looks wonderful <3 I saw it on a program here, and it was so easy to make and got high praise! Low calories per portion aswell <3
