Can you eat TOO MUCH protein?
Is it possible to eat too much protein for weight loss? I just noticed that I am at 71 g for the day (its noon), and that question just popped into my head, so I thought I would ask. I am counting calories, not on lo-carb.

There is such thing as protein poisoning- but in your case 71 grams isn't much. My spark people says I can consume up to 134 grams of protein a day.

I routinely eat 125-150 grams of protein a day. I don't think that's even a "high protein" diet, honestly.
