been trying to get back on track after vacation & it's been hard.I'd gained 6 pounds back!But now I'm back on track & not going to stray again,it's very costly!

Good job getting that 4 lbs off! Sure wish it would go away as easily as it shows up, huh?

Off to bicycle on some hills and my scales had better be nice tomorrow when I weigh in!
