The first time I lost weight, several years ago, I did a low carb plan that (obviously...) was not sustainable for me. I gained it all back and then some (ok, and then 70...
) I've tried WW in the past, but I never stuck with it for more than 4-5 months at a time and never lost more than 20-ish lbs. I'm a little on the impatient side, but motivated to finally get the weight off. I decided last week to make the switch, and yesterday was my first day. I consumed a little under 1500 cals, felt like I got more to eat than I had on a normal WW day, AND broke a stall this morning by losing a lb.

I'm excited to be here, and just wanted to pop in and introduce myself.
