How do I know how many calories I should be eating?

hope that isn't a dumb question ... I've never really had to count calories before now. I'm 5'1, small frame.

You can start with one of the numerous calorie counters availble online. My favorite is freedieting.com. From their it's all about personal tweaking depending your metabolism and activity level. Good luck!
