Unfortunately there's really no way to lighten up the blue cheese dressing enough since it's CHEESE that gives it that yummy flavor.

I have been asking myself that question for YEARS!! Kraft light mayo tastes SO sweet to me, and so does their regular ranch, so I can't imagine how sweet their light version tastes! Diet drinks are too sweet too! They try to trick us into liking them by making them sweeter, but it's had just the opposite affect on me - I'd rather drink plain water, which is all I drink now...
