Cyclers and Calorie Experts - What do you think?

So the calorie counting calculators put me any where between 1271 and 1497 for my daily budget. My BMR is 1623 and my AMR is 2200+/- so I've decided to cycle this way.

Monday 1300-1400
Tuesday 1300-1400
Wednesday 1600-1700
Thursday 1300-1400
Friday 1300-1400
Saturday 1600-1700
Sunday 1300-1400

I've decided to cylce because I always cheat/splurge on the weekends so I'm trying to get myself on a plan that satifies me without "cheating" and continues my weight loss.

FYI - Here are my stats
Female
186
5'5"
30 yrs old
I work out (mostly cardio) 5xs a weeks buring about 700-1000 cals. (I'm hoping to find some room for weights/resistance, but my schedule is pretty rough)

Does this sound good? I know it's hard to say because everyone is different, but just looking for some input/tips. Thanks!

When i started looking into cycling my calories i found this site really helpful http://www.stormpc.com/ww/wendie_plan.htm they are referring to weight watcher points but i just related it to calories. I found this plan of low/high/low/very high/very low/high/med. high works really well for me.

kkazz-
I am trying to figure out how to spread my calories out. I want to follow your same low/high schedule. I burn 3000 a day so I aim for 2000 a day. I usually hit around 1700-1900. I was thinking of a schedule something like this. Let me know if you think it needs adjustments. The total for the week hits 13,500. low (1600)/high (2100)/low (1600)/very high (3100)/
very low (1200)/ high (2100)/med high (1900)

Any help is appreciated!
