What to drink?
Hey guys. New here! Well I have a question. I absolutely DO NOT like drinking water. But I do know that I HAVE to drink it. What I was wondering is if I can drink something else too. I can't drink soda, diet or otherwise. I have been drinking it for way to long and just need to stop all together. I love Lipton's instant tea, you know the powder-ish stuff that you just stir in water. Well I looked at the ingredients and it said "tea and maltodextrin", well I remember reading something online before about it being a form of sugar, plus it is a sort of chemical so that is bad. I don't know, anyone have any thoughts on it? Thanks!

I don't like water in a plastic bottle, but ever since I got my Sigg bottle, I can't get enough. It keeps it cool and clean tasting. Other than that, you should try the juice on 1 lemon in 1q water with sweetener of your choice. I like stevia in the raw. Good luck!

I absolutley hated water too. But over time you WILL get used to it. You will even begin to crave it. It just takes time.

I was the same way when I first started...I would drink ANYTHING but water...Now, I ALWAYS have a water bottle with me...at first you just have to MAKE yourself drink it....maybe have that as a challenge?? I agree with mulder you'll eventually get used to it...and you could try adding the lemon and sweetner...they also have the little crystal light packets...which I carry in my purse in case I have to use tap water (gag) instead of bottled water...it makes it taste better lol You can get 2-3 small bottles of water out of one packet depending on how sweet you wante it...def a trial and error thing :)

I have to make myself drink water. yuk! Just drink it. Just drink it. Just drink it. I think of it as medicine, and just drink it.

I don't mind water but I forget to drink it so always have a full glass or two about the house to remind me!

Green tea, I dont like drinking water in the winter time for some strange reason. So in place of it I try to drink green tea all day without anything in it I also have a cup of soy milk about twice a week as long as it fits in my calorie budget. When I work out I always drink water though its the only thing that quinch my thurst

You have to learn how to like water. Try adding lemom or lime or something to the water so it will have a flavor. If you still dont want to tea is another alternative.. Other than diet soda and crystal light and such I cant think of anything else.
