body bugg
I did a search and didnt come up with anything... soooooo
Body bugg or go wear fit.. Which is better? Who has one? Are they worth the money? Are they accurate etc? Features of each? Any details would be great.. I am thinking of getting one as I have wanted to for a long time now.... TIA! |
I have the gowearfit- and honestly people I know who have the bodybugg and now have the gowearfit say GWF is better.
One thing that totally attracted me to it is the fact it tracks your sleep. I had a suspicion I wasn't sleeping well and I was right! Once again I'm waking up multiple times during the night (despite having a CPAP) so I'm going to schedule another sleep study next week. Even when I have taken naps in the afternoon it knows! I also have the optional digital display so during the day I can quickly look at calories and so on at a moments notice. Some people have issues with having to plug into your computer to check your stuff in more detail- but I'm the computer nightly anyways so it doesn't bother me at all. Though it does store data for up to two weeks if you just don't have time to plug it in. I switch arms daily so my skin doesn't get irritated also. As far as I can tell it seems accurate- I really have no way to judge if it's wrong or not- but it's definitely motivating to see how many calories you've burned in a day. I am very happy with my purchase- I definitely know I'm going to do well with this device! :) |
Thank you for posting this :)
I've always wanted a Body Bugg, but haven't been able to find one. I saw them on the Biggest Loser and heard that 24hr Fitness sells them, but there isn't one in Ontario (or Canada as far as I know). I hadn't heard of GWF, until I read your post. I did a little online reasearch, and am now eagerly awaiting the delivery of my GWF. Thanks again!!! Samantha |
I have a GWF and LOVE IT! The display is worth the extra money and the data it provides is amazing.

I love my bodybugg, but one warning (for either BB oe GWF). After about a year of wearing my BB, I developed a nickel allergy that lead to a large blister each day I would wear it. I kept wearing it, as I felt it helped me stick to my routine. My upper arms are now a little scarred. I have purchased a liquid coating though that I put on the sensor and the bugg seems to be working fine. If I develop a blister now, I just put two more coats of the nickel guard on.
Hope that helps some. Angie |
