400 calorie fix
Anybody here see the article in Prevention about the 400 calorie diet. It's in the latest issue, with Teri Hatcher on the cover. Basically, you eat either 3 or 4 meals a day of about 400 calories each. Supposed to make the calorie counting easier.
There is also a book coming out soon that goes into it more in depth. Any opinions? http://www.prevention.com/400 |
I think if it works for you then it's great! I do better eating a bigger calories lunch but in the end it's all the same I think :)
