Help Please!!!

Girls I need your inspiration and encouragement...

I have gained 15lbs. I lost 38 and have since gained back 15lbs. I knew it was happening but it was one of those things were I didnt do anything about it..... I started eating like I used to and stopped writing down what I was eating.. I know how it happened and now I just need to get back on track but I cant seem to do it.. I want it, dont like the way I feel, my clothes no longer fit etc but I cant seem to get motivated again....

So can anyone who has been here please share your wisdom on how I can get back on track...

YOU CAN DO IT!!!

The best advice I can offer is "Just do it!" Go for it! You did it before, you can do it again! :D

Just remember that nothing will change as long as you keep saying "I will do it" instead of just doing it!

For me, it sometimes just takes ONE GOOD DAY. It's overwhelming to think about being on plan from now on. So, I tell myself I'll just do it for one day. Obviously, you know what to do, right? You've already lost weight quite recently. So, I end up doing everything like before, almost as a dare to myself. So, that one good day then turns into another and another and another. Just think, you've got a head start on your weight loss and you can go back on track now, or you can keep on gaining and get back on track at a higher weight. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! :) :) :)

Luckymommy-- That is a great idea!! So far today I have done awesome as I decided to try this after reading it last night... I have gone to store and restocked my fridge/pantry and I am on it...

Along a similar line of logic, I tell myself the worst will be over after just three days. That's how long it takes for me to adjust to eating differently. In just three days, the world looks a whole lot different. Another bonus is that often that first week is a doozie of a loss, which makes for great motivation.

Come on! You can do this!
