Calorie counting does a lot for me that I didn't expect it too...
I love how I can splurge on things I like, as long as I plan and keep my day within my calorie limits. I love how I naturally learn to eat healthier because it's fun to see how much food I can really eat in a day and come under 1600 calories! lol Most of the time I do not have any kinds of cravings or feel deprived and I feel in total control- something I've never been before! |
