Im new to counting calories, I used to do WW and had a lot of success with that but after a certain point I couldn't stick to it.
My question is how often do you eat? Do you try to eat every couple of hours? do you eat small meals? Or do you just eat whenever you are hungry?
Ive been waiting to eat until Im hungry which averages me about 1800 calories or more on a good day. Im not as strict since Im trying to make slight changes and not do everything at once just yet. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
Also I do exercise 4-6 days a week and thats why its taking me a while to get my eating under control since I tend to be hungry after working out.



I do try not to go more than 5 hours without eating anything, or else I might start to feel yucky.
