No, that's not my line, but I like it!
What I have said many times, is that I always count an apple as 100 calories. Though sometimes it may be 120, other times it may be 80. I don't sweat it. Same goes with cauliflower and lots of other veggies, I estimate 3 cups when in actuality it could be 3.75 or 2.5. And I've had no problem losing the weight and keeping it off using this method. Now of course if we're talking higher calorie items, such as tablespoons of oil, a precise measurement IS required.
